Every dog, cat, horse, and sheep at De Hun’nenhoff has its own story – many are old, chronically ill, or live with a disability and therefore require special care.
Support one of our animals
Many of the animals under our care require special attention, medication, physical therapy, or regular veterinary care. With a sponsorship, you can personally support one of our animals and help ensure it receives exactly what it needs with us: a safe home, loving care, and the best possible medical attention.
Your Sponsorship Helps
Caring for our animals is a lifelong commitment. Food, vet costs, medication, and aids are just as essential as grooming, exercise, and, of course, plenty of affection. With your regular sponsorship contribution, you help us secure this care long-term. Your sponsorship not only supports your sponsored animal: your contribution benefits the work of De Hun’nenhoff and thus all animals who have found a home with us.
A dog that is particularly close to your heart?
Perhaps you've already fallen in love with one of our dogs. Then you can specifically take on a sponsorship for them. Or you can get to know our dogs first and discover the one you'd like to accompany on a part of their journey. Of course, a dog can have multiple sponsors – because our disabled, elderly, or chronically ill dogs often require particularly intensive and costly care.

A sponsorship is more than just regular support. It creates a personal connection to one of our animals under our care and makes you an important part of what we make possible every day at De Hun’nenhoff.
- You determine the monthly sponsorship amount yourself; there is no minimum amount, every sum counts and helps
- Sponsorship can be canceled at any time
- You have the opportunity to visit your sponsored animal on visitor days
- You will always receive information about news and the condition of your sponsored animal
- Sign up for our “Partner Post” and you will receive regular information about the farm and your sponsored animal
