Shadow

Shadow came to us at seven months old because his owners were overwhelmed by his congenital spinal deformity. Although veterinarians saw no hope at the time, he quickly developed into a true survivor here at the Hun’nenhoff! Due to his anatomy, he uses a wide wheelchair and special paw boots. He walks short distances on his own, but he really blossoms with his “speedster” – especially when playing soccer, where even Martin Rütter has kicked the ball with him! Despite the daily care required for physical therapy and the underwater treadmill, this charming guy gives us endless love every day and proves that limits only exist in the mind.
