Pablo

Pablo’s story is nothing short of a miracle! After his owner passed away, the dachshund, paralyzed by a herniated disk, faced the threat of euthanasia. But at the Hun’nenhoff, things took a turn for the better. With intensive physical therapy, electrotherapy, and a custom-made set of wheels, the unthinkable happened: after just a very short time, Pablo started moving on all fours again! While he still uses his wheelchair for long distances, he scoots around the farm all on his own. Pablo – whom we affectionately call “Pabbel” – is headstrong, funny, and, in typical dachshund fashion, occasionally quite loud. As a proud board member of our support association, he finishes his workday promptly at 7 PM and curls up happily in his bed.
