When Hope came to us in September 2022 after losing her home, she truly lived up to her name and immediately enchanted us with her sunny disposition despite her difficult fate. Since her old wheelchair didn’t fit at all, our on-site wheelchair builders quickly built her a perfectly fitting “new car.” Since then, the little girl has been unstoppable, zooming through life full of joy! Even a cancer scare from a successfully operated skin change couldn’t stop her. Today, Hope enjoys a real VIP life: she lives permanently with Maileen in a pack with Amiro and Loui and accompanies her every day as an animal “employee” to the Hun’nenhoff, where she loves being the absolute center of attention and collecting belly rubs.
